Olive growers for over 90 years...

Our family-run business has been producing and selling extra virgin olive oil directly to consumers for 4 generations.
With approximately 40 hectares of olive groves , the olives are harvested directly from the tree mechanically and manually.
A Young Project for the Love of Tradition...

In 2021 a project was carried out
modernization of the continuous production line.
Thanks to the commitment of specialized personnel, we have taken care of both the agronomic and technological factors relating to the olive harvest , cold extraction of the oil, storage under nitrogen and filtering completely in the absence of oxygen.
Low Environmental Impact Production

We recover the "waste" of production to convert it into energy. We sell the whole olive oil pomace to a local biogas plant.
We use the pomace kernel for company heating.
In 2014 ANBI Puglia awarded us a recognition for "the activity carried out with respect for the environment and territorial identity"
Direct Sales and Home Deliveries

The company, in addition to the olive groves, includes a structure adjacent to the oil mill with a sales point where you can directly purchase the packaged oil and other local and typical products of the area
salentino. Upon reservation, it is possible to participate in tastings of oil and these products.
To receive it directly at home you can purchase in our Online Shop
Replanting of 1500 New Plants

In September 2019, we completed the replanting of 1500 new F17 Favolosa plants on 3 hectares of olive grove now bare following the attack on our centuries-old olive trees by the Xylella fastidiosa bacterium.
This is just a first step towards the project of replanting the company hectares to expand our production capacity.
