Package 1
Olive Oil tasting + Production process explained
You will have an authentic olive oil testing experience in Agro's oil mill, just 4 km from the charming Lecce.
-At your arrival you will be welcomed by the owner of the company in the field all around the farm.
You will see the new olive trees planted few week ago and "olives picking" techniques will be explained. After that, we will move inside in the spacious area with barrel vaults where you will watch some videos recorded during one of the last harvest to actually see the fields and the process of extraction. You will be talked through the different steps to produce an excellent olive oil, from the field to the bottle.
-After the explanation, you will be offered two types of premium extra-virgin olive oils and learn how to recognise a good olive oil. Tasting in small glasses or with bread/frise.
The activity will take place in the afternoon after confirmation from our staff.

-You will find back your energy thanks to our aperitivo made with our products: dried tomatoes in extra-virgin olive oil, negramaro onions, cime di rapa paste and olive paste, all served with homemade bread.
